Pictures of Desert Wildflowers

Due to an abundance of winter and spring rains, the spring of 2005 was a spectacular time to view and photograph desert wildflowers. The pictures on these pages were taken during that time in Death Valley National Park and Antelope Valley, California, the Sonora Desert of Arizona and the high desert regions of Northwest Colorado.
